When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect:

• Type of loan or insurance required and the amount needed
• Employment type, income and any message you share
• Basic technical details such as the page or campaign that brought you to our website
• Your consent choice, recorded when you submit a form or chat with Arthmitra Mitra

For corporate group insurance clients, we hold employee and family member details provided by the company to manage their policy, including endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) and claim intimation details such as patient name, hospital and admission date.

If you share your details through our Arthmitra Mitra assistant, they are saved as an enquiry only after you give consent. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

If you apply for a job, we use your details and resume only to evaluate your application.

Our auction property listings show only property type, locality, city, reserve price, auction date and photos. We never publish borrower or owner identities, and location data is removed from photos before they are published.

Your information is stored securely with restricted access. Only authorised Arthmitra team members can view enquiries, and company HR users can see only their own company’s records. HR reports and downloads exclude employees’ personal contact and medical details.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing or calling us using the details below.
