Loan and insurance approval, interest rates, premiums, eligibility, policy issuance and claim settlement are decided solely by the respective financial institution or insurer.

You agree to share true and complete information. Incorrect details may delay or affect your application.

• Access is given only to HR users authorised by Arthmitra for their company.
• HR users must keep login details confidential and use employee information only for managing the company’s policy.
• HR users may submit endorsement requests (individually or via bulk CSV upload) and claim intimations; these are requests only and take effect once processed by Arthmitra and approved by the insurer.
• HR users are responsible for the accuracy of employee data they submit.
